Official Carver County court questions belong with the custodian that holds the record. Court Administration handles local docket, calendar, and copy questions; MCRO supplies remote public searching; and the District Court decides court matters. This private resource cannot perform those functions, but it identifies the proper official route.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. Carver County Court Docket is a private reference resource. It cannot retrieve court files, change a setting, seal a case, issue certified copies, or provide legal advice. Those requests must go to Carver County Court Administration or the court holding the file.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Use the following official routes for common Carver County requests:

  • A docket or case lookup: use the official MCRO case search route with a case or citation number when available
  • A hearing setting: check the court calendar, then confirm with Court Administration if the notice and calendar differ
  • Certified copies: request them from Court Administration, the local keeper of the official District Court file
  • A qualifying public document: use the exact case number in MCRO Document Search or ask Court Administration for the proper copy process
  • Access to a sealed or confidential record: ask the court about the judicial access procedure rather than submitting an ordinary records request

For county-level dockets and records, contact Carver County Court Administration, Carver County Courthouse / Justice Center, 604 E. Fourth Street, Chaska, MN 55318, 952-361-1420.
