Why We Built This Site
Minnesota court records are public only within the limits of the Judicial Branch access rules. The practical challenge in Carver County is identifying the right custodian. MCRO is the statewide remote window. The Carver County District Court is the trial court for county civil, criminal, family, probate, juvenile, traffic, and conciliation matters. Court Administration performs the local clerk functions for the Register of Actions, calendars, and copy requests. The resource identifies which of those paths fits a search, record, hearing, or certification question.
What You Will Find Here
The page set focuses on public court navigation, not case outcomes or personal records.
- Docket routes: how criminal dockets and civil dockets appear in Carver County
- Scheduled matters: how to read the court calendar and confirm a setting
- Search tools: how a case search works by name, case number, or citation number
- Official copies: how court records and certified copies are requested from Court Administration
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. It has no connection to a Minnesota court, Court Administration, or state agency. Its limits are clear:
- It cannot retrieve an official docket sheet or case file
- It cannot set, move, or confirm a hearing date
- It cannot seal, change, or remove a court case
- It cannot issue a certified docket, order, or document
- It cannot provide legal advice about a specific matter
- It cannot guarantee that a court procedure, fee, or schedule has not changed
Only Carver County Court Administration or the court holding the file can issue an official or certified copy. A remote MCRO result is not a substitute for that record.
Search Partners
Some content pages contain a search box operated by an outside provider. That provider sets its own results, terms, and pricing. A paid referral may produce compensation for this private resource. The search box does not replace MCRO, Court Administration, or any Minnesota court record, and this resource does not control its output.
